German pretzels V2.0

Scott took the helm of the pretzel rolling last night...
The dough DID turn out a lot better than the first batch last week, but he was also much more patient than I had been--from the same amount of dough that I made into 7 pretzels last week, his rolling yielded 19!

  2. This tray missed out on the pre-baking salt-shake...we misted them with water and added salt afterward, but the salt is so much better if it is on during the baking - it sort of melts into the shiny crust!

  3. Those look great! Are you going to make your own Mustard? I think I saw Alton Brown do it once... When does the Marlo (and Scott) TV show come out?
